St Barbara’s Festival founder Dick Scallan returns to Kalgoorlie for 20th anniversary

The former Chamber of Minerals and Energy eastern regional council chairman led the charge in 1999 to bring together a celebration of the Goldfields mining industry in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
